All our items are hand painted to order by ourselves.
Items on our shop pages are examples of the styles available. There will be slight variations in some of the colours and patterns of some glazes, as no 2 items are never identical.
We can also personalise items with names, messages etc.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors made by the customer on personalised items, so please check your details! If we make the mistake you will of course receive a replacement, or full refund.
We accept payment via paypal, bank transfer, or by cheque. Once payment has cleared we will paint and dispatch your order.
You should allow 10 - 21 days to receive your order.
Our prices on the website do not include postage. We will give you a separate quote for this when you order and include it in your payment.
Postage is calculated by weight, and we only charge you what we pay to send to you. We DO NOT charge extra for packaging.
We take great pride in our work, and want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can work with you to rectify the situation.
We package items very carefully, to ensure they arrive safely. However, due to the nature of ceramics, breakages can happen, all be it rarely. Should you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email us a photo immediately, and we will replace it for you free of charge.
